Refunds and returns

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, tobacco products, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Intimate and hygiene articles, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted. Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Tobacco goods

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. There are certain situations in which only a partial refund is possible:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or record that has been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your bank account or original payment method within 10 working days. Delayed or missing refunds

  • If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
  • If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at office@amazonka-shop.com.

Sold out articles

  • Only items at the regular price can be refunded. Sold out items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an e-mail to office@amazonka-shop.com.

Return shipment

You must bear the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged product to arrive. If you are returning more expensive items, you should take out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
